How are files selected in a batch? If x number of files, is it size, creation date, or alpha numeric? On a distribution job, is there a way to prioritize files based on creation date?

Answer:

It's mostly alphabetical. It is the way OS itself that returns files to the Resilio Agent. There is a basic prioritization that allows to push newest or oldest first, but it has a very limited scope: it works within files queues of 50K files or less only. In some use cases (like VDI) that will work. If there are more than 50k files in the queue, it will not work.
