How to collect Management Console database if I need to send it to Resilio Support for analyzing?

Please follow the instruction below to collect requested information.

• Download sanitizer tool (attached below). This tool is intended to strip off sensitive data from your database - job keys, cloud access keys and tokens, etc.
• Stop Management Console
• Open a terminal, navigate to the folder where sanitizer tool is downloaded
• Run the tool with the parameter pointing to the path of your Management Console storage folder

Windows: C:\ProgramData\Resilio\Connect Server\data

Linux: ${resilio_connect_server_dir}/var/data

• Collect all the content of this folder and send to Resilio Connect Support engineer
• Start Management Console
